Bob Eberle has been practicing Union-side labor and employment law in Pittsburgh since 1989. Bob graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1986. Bob clerked with the Honorable Samuel Rodgers in the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. He then took a position as a Staff Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board Pittsburgh Regional Office from 1987 to 1989. Bob entered private practice in Pittsburgh in 1989 with the firm of Jubelirer, Pass & Intrieri, P.C. Bob made the decision to establish the Law Office of Robert A. Eberle, Esq. in 2014, which he then transitioned into the partnership with Amanda Bundick. Bob has been selected as a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers in the area of labor law. Bob is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bob is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh. He attended Langley High School. Bob resides in the West End of Pittsburgh, where he and his wife Diane raised their three sons.

Bob has been a member of two labor unions during his career. Bob was a member of the National Maritime Union in 1977-78, and Bob was a member of the National Labor Relations Board Union from 1987 to 1989. Bob is an active member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Amanda is originally from Boonsboro, Maryland and grew up in a Union household. Her father, a past Local Union officer in the Utility Workers Union of America,  has been educating Amanda about the need for strong advocacy for working people since she was a child. Her mother, a former Residential Director of a non-profit charged with taking care of adults who are developmentally disabled, has always instilled in Amanda the value of caring for those more vulnerable and less fortunate than herself. Amanda is passionate about workers rights and relentless in her pursuit for positive change for working people.

Amanda attended Washington & Jefferson College, graduating cum laude and receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in both political science and English with a concentration in Professional Writing. Amanda received her juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she focused her studies on labor, employment, and employee benefits. After becoming licensed, Amanda transitioned into a partnership with her mentor, Bob Eberle. Amanda focuses her practice in union-side labor law. Amanda is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Amanda is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, American Constitution Society, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Amanda and her husband live North of Pittsburgh, with their daughter and dogs.
